Job Description of a Specification Sales Manager
As the Specification Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with an existing portfolio across the north western territory. You will be working a on a number of commercial projects including hospitality , commercial, and education.
Ideally you will have a strong understanding within specification or the wider construction market and have the ability to identify potential new opportunities in addition to current projects.
Key responsibilities of a Specification Manager will include:
Preparing business plans. Managing a portfolio of designated accounts.
Managing and monitoring a range of project specifications
Managing sub contractors, fit out contractors, main contractors , architects and specifiers
Ability to present to a clients and internally
Skilled in account management, business development, and managing complex projects
Skills & experience of a Specification Manager:
